Account and Data Deletion

This page explains how GearFlow users can request deletion of their account and related data.

How to request deletion

Email yj.apps.devs@gmail.com from the email address you use to sign in to GearFlow. Please use the subject line "GearFlow account deletion request".

To verify account ownership, we may ask for your sign-in email address, user ID, subscription status, or other necessary information. Do not send your password, credit card number, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Data we delete

After verifying the request, we will delete or disassociate GearFlow account-related data, including sign-in account data, email address, cloud workspaces, warehouses, gear items, events, sites, transportation records, notes, member lists, invites, and permission data.

Data stored locally on your device is not automatically removed by the server. You can delete data in the app or clear GearFlow app data through your device settings.

Data we may retain

We may retain necessary transaction, support, or system records when required for legal, tax, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or Google Play subscription management purposes. Google Play payment data is handled by Google under its own policies, and GearFlow does not store full credit card or payment account information.

Processing time

We usually complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. If legal, billing, or security reasons require more time, we will reply with an explanation.
